Mediterranean Grill Night. Just in time for 4th of July, get ready to fire up the grill with some of the most flavorful herbs & spices as we explore a few secrets of Turkish-Mediterranean cooking. 

Menu will include: 

  • Sweet Red Onions* cured with Sumac, Lemon, Olive Oil 
  • Sauteed Portabello Mushrooms* with Black Currant Balsamic Glaze
  • Grilled Seasonal Peppers* with freshly ground Black Peppercorn
  • Farmer's Market Rainbow Carrots & Purple Cabbage* with Blood Orange Olive Oil dressing 
  • Turkish-style Organic Ground Beef Burgers seasoned with our popular Istanbul Izgara blend, Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt, and optional Bleu (or Sharp Cheddar) Cheese

*Vegetarian friends: Use these (*) delicious ingredients to create your own veggie option! 

Beverage. A refreshing, non-alcoholic lemon & cucumber water will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own bottle of wine to go with the meal. No corking fee!

Together we will prepare & enjoy the full menu. Our goal is to send you home ready to make these dishes for family and friends on July 4th. Arrive hungry, leave happy!

Cost: $75.00/person beginning June 15, until full

Space is limited. Unfortunately, due to high demand, reservations are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your class, we will apply a credit toward a future class ($25 rescheduling fee applies).
